AAPD 2018 Annual Session - American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

The AAPD Annual Session is a dynamic four-day event offering continuing education to the largest gathering of pediatric dentists in the country in addition to a growing international attendance. The meeting is composed of educational sessions geared towards all levels for the pediatric dentist whether they are just starting their career or are seasoned professionals.
AAPD Leadership & Staff are remaining optimistic and want more than ever to hold AAPD 2021 in person in Boston in May, however, the health and safety of members, guests, staff, exhibitors and vendors is the top priority at this time. All options are being explored for AAPD 2021 from a hybrid meeting (combination of in-person and virtual) to a fully virtual experience.
At this time, AAPD Leadership, Staff, Local Arrangement Chairs & the Scientific Program Planning Committee are working closely with local Boston CVBs (Convention Visitors Bureau) and other necessary parties to ensure the proper decision is made by following recommendations from the local public health department, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
A decision will be made and information will be released in early 2021.
